On Wednesday, August 6th, 2003, Her Royal Heinous Hillary Rodham Clinton (HRH HRC) came to Seattle to sign copies of her book, Living History. Of course, this being a Clinton affair nothing was exactly as it seemed, and so it is necessary to dot the 'i's, cross the 't's, define "is" and set the record straight. The signing wasn't in Seattle...

I know it is rude and Democrat-like, but it would have been all I could do to keep from extending the First Amendment Finger of Fate to Her Heinous.

We are better than that. Decency -- it's part of what differentiates us from the libs.

Of course, I bet she was extending it to you literally and figuratively from the safety of her gas guzzling limousine (3/4 ton most likely, considering the load on the rear axle......).

Actually, she was in a large gas-guzzling SUV. I'd have taken a picture but it was impossible while wearing the devil mask and holding Dr. Raoul's "I Sold My Soul To Hillary" sign. And I didn't expect to actually see her face through the dark glass -- but she was close enough and peering out at us. Brrrr.... it's real.

We had so much fun! Lots of positive response from, and especially interaction with, traffic passing by.

And where there were negative responses, the clever, witty (and nice) responses from our people quickly put them down.

And then to see the degree to which our mere presence torqued the libs -- they would refuse to see us, acknowledge our presence... I have never before seen a situation where proselytes or followers of a Great Leader could so quickly don a frown upon meeting an alternative opinion. It is as if they knew in their hearts that their position, their faith in The Revered One, is false.

And beyond that it is less fun but instructive to see how readily the self-professed "we are oh so loving and tolerant" Left rips off its sham veneer to show their deep-seated hatred boiling beneath. My, um, protest history goes back sporadically to 1975, but I've never seen anything like this.

Could it be that they're really scared...? Of us...?

I was at a book signing freep of Hillary's back in June. I was amazed at all the "f-you"s and middle fingers, especially from the older men and women. I was always under the impression that the younger folks were supposed to be more crude. But not with the Hilllary crowd. I had to remind myself that these people probably weren't as old as they looked, they were aged pot-users with mean spirits to go along with their nasty habits. In response, those geezers did not get one "f-you" in return. How ironic. But it makes sense when one considers the Hillary crowd.
