I just saw it on MSNBC. They said she was at a party a week ago, 3 days before Kobe was charged.
They said she was drinking (consumption by a minor) and playing cards, and was bragging about.....(MSNBC took out the audio at the end of sentence)
The story was confirmed by 5 people at separate places and times who were at the party and all gave a similar account of what happened.
When asked how the girl looked, the guy interviewed said she looked happy. Everyone was shocked to see her at the party given the incident.
I think someone may have even asked how hung was Kobe upon which she described with hand gestures. She seemed to be bragging according to a friend, but said she couldn't tell them what happened that night.
This just keeps getting better and better...

One really needs a good list of the lies told on FR. I had started one but quit. Lies told and finally refuted list.

Actually, these threads are worse. The vile posts by females are even viler - not to mention stupider and more classless. These women are unbelievable. They even come out and say it should not be a crime to be buggered against their will.

With asinine comments like yours, the hand is already dealt. You took my comments out of context to try to slur me. Thanks. Nothing is too low with you Kobots.

Heck, a lot of guys even rehearse what they are going to say just when they want to ask a woman out on a date. Some even rehearse how they are going to rape the women.

If I went up to a strangers room and agreed to have sex with this complete stranger, which I would hope I would have the good sense to never do but, anyway. Say I did this and things got a little weird. It wasn't the type of sex I had in mind. Even if he was a mega millionare superstar, I would not go crying rape. I would feel degraded, disgusted and all the the other assorted feelings that would go along with that type of thing.
But, I would know that yes, what he did was wrong but I shouldered a BIG part of the responsibility for what happened going to a strangers hotel room and engaging in sex with that stranger.
I don't think I'd be scarred for life from such an incident. Now, if someone jumped me in the bank parking lot that is an entirely different story.

Some women here have even said that if the agreement was to use protection and if he used force to do the deed WITHOUT a condome the women should not complain. Duh.

Still want to know. Do women enjoy buggering so much that they will come on this board and say that buggering them against their will is not a crime?

The defense doesn't have to worry about playing the race card. You just did!

I would speculate that this is b/c daily, we learn more about the accuser, the prosecutor, the friends, etc. so it generates more interesting discussion. So far, we haven't learned much more than we knew about Kobe, other than that he is an adulterer. I would speculate that we are being bombarded by the great Kobe Spin organization.

Even if you said "NO" and he and his buddies held you down for his deed? Well, again that's different. That's rape. But, I don't think anybody is claiming this is what happened.
Even if you said FWIW, I could care less about Kobe Bryant. I detest sports and prior to this I could not have picked him out of a line- up of 3 men.
I would hate to be a man in this climate. Especially a wealthy man.

So you are posting the site with her photo.
Very nice.
I am sure you are aware that Jim Robinson has asked that no photos, links, personal information or name of the victim be posted on this site.
So, do you think you are being cool with your info? Are you now the big insider? Do you know that the photo that you are posting is probably not the victim?
If this was you, your mother, sister, wife or daughter who was possibly raped, would you like morons posting her photo all over the internet so wackjobs can stalk, harrass and threaten her?
Get a life, you are a total loser.

"Another friend told the Associated Press that the woman had visible evidence of the alleged attack a week later." Your a moron. As I already stated there was no link only an television interview in the morning. The associated MSNBC article came much later in the day.

This is quite some thread you started. Looks like it'll hit 1000 posts on its second day.

You have no justification for your vile behavior, so you go around throwing your Nazi and Commie labels on me. You are so very clever.
Face it, you are a number one class A jerk who has no respect for victims of a crime. It's NOT a first ammendment right to out a crime victim. Tom Lykis is one of the biggest sphincters on the planet, and I can see how you would be his number one fan.
Following the rules here is not a suppression of free speech, it's an adult and mature thing to do, but then again, you wouldn't know anything about decency and maturity.

Yes Comrade, you are so right.
Kobe is the victim. A 19 year old girl went to his room, busted down the door, held him down, and mercilessly raped him.
How could I have been so blind.
