Sen. Bob Graham Just Called for Impeachments On MSNBC Over Supposed Intelligence Failures
MSNBC ^ | July 17, 2003 | Buchanan and Press

Posted on 07/17/2003 2:09:23 PM PDT by ewing

MSNBC is running it as breaking news.. Graham said that there is no way that Tom Delay and the House will have impeachment hearings over the supposed intelligence failures (I assume he is talking about VP Cheney) so 'the people' will have to vote the offending partes out in 2004.

A desperate act of a Presidential candidacy and a political career expiring

So, again when did GOP call for Clinton's impeachment while at war ?

As I already said, that's just your irrelevant evasion.

And I don't recall us having 150,000 troops on the ground involved in a guerilla war at the time. Again, your parallels are falling woefully short and are poorly reasoned.

It's amazing the lengths a "true believer" will go to in order to rationalize their hypocrisy.

I must say that your level of ad-hominem is much higher than the other groupies. Congratulations for approaching Carville-hood.

I suppose living under a totalitarian regime who systematically murdered rival racial groups, political opponents, and random citizens constitutes more freedom? I guess we all have different definitions, mine is closer to what our Fathers had in mind, yours seems to be closer to that of Fidel Castro. We'll have to agree to disagree on this one.

Not only do you mischaracterize life in Iraq prior to the war, but you speak falsely about the state of life in Iraq under the occupation.

This is a real howler, considering that your "arguments" look like they were lifted verbatim from the New York Times.

And yours approach the level of a Michael Weiner groupy.

My evasion? It was you accusing that the GOP is acting like the rats. Put up.

In comparison to the depths of hell they are experiencing at our hands -- yes.

I missed the torture of children and adults, the rape of the Iraqi women that Bush is doing. Oh yes, and the 50% of people who say its better now in Baghdad.

I think you are going to take both first and second place.

Graham "Crackers" is actually running for Dem VP candidate but I think that Gen. Wesley Clark may challenge him for that spot!

Saw Katherine Harris on Hannity & Combs last night. She said that she wants to continue her work in the House but would answer the call if asked by the President or the Governor to run for the Senate.

That's interesting! I figured if they asked her to run she would! Sure didn't understand the other!

Thanks for the update!

It's too soon for her to run for Senate now, IMHO. She's going to be pummelled mercilessly by the media no matter what - having her run for Senate befrore she's even finished her first term in the House gives them a huge opening to exploit.

Now, in 2006, when Nelson is up for re-election...

Alright, please enlighten me on the wonderful utopia that the people of Iraq lived under with Saddam Hussein (D) as opposed to the occupation by the evil American Oppressors.  I must have missed something in my extensive study of this situation.

(I should point out that it's intriguing how the dimocraps squeal when they're accused of treason, yet how ready they are to defend the most heinous un-American dictators the world has to offer [Hussein/Kim Chong Il/Castro/Hu Jinato/ Mugabe/ etc.])  Please, enlighten us on what wonderful freedoms the Iraqis enjoyed under the most benevolent Saddam Hussein and how they're so oppressed by our Fascist military men and women.

Did Weldon speak about how Clinton lied viciously to trick folks into supporting war against Serbia?

As long as occupation troops remain in the country the attacks will continue -- without regard for the political posturing of Reps or Dems.

More likely, the attackers of our troops hold high regard torwards the political posturing in this country and their planned victory is based on such!

You're right.  Accused and convicted.  I'm a Bush-bot.  Anyone who's read my posts knows that I am a true believer, and a mindless slave of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.

But while I dash out to buy Lying History to brush up on the truth, can you please illuminate for us all the parallel between Clinton bombing Christians in Yugoslavia based on Penny Marshall's fictious movie Judgment and G.W. Bush's invasion of Iraq based on S/H's ignoring of 18 U.N. Resolutions, documented human rights violations, and the universally accepted build up of WMD's?

Just while we all tune in to CNN and phone in for our NYT subscriptions, so we know the real truth...

Graham is an embarrassment to our state, but I hope he is the VP candidate for the dems. His strange behavior and over-the-top comments would insure a Bush/Cheney victory!

My thoughts exactly.....she needs to get more experience in DC...2006 would be good timing!

Every one of their stupid little "bush bombs" that they throw at the administration is essentially responsible for killing a U.S. soldier in Iraq.

Constructive criticisms of the war directed at the president is fair game. Propaganda about the war directed at the president will only lead to more killings of our soldiers.

This BS Uranium thingy is pure death.
