Dean suggested a political motive for the campaign focus on Iraq, noting that voters traditionally rally behind a president in times of international tensions. Two Days After Voting For Use Of Force Resolution, Kerry Said There Was No Justification For Initiating War With Iraq. If the president of the United States decides to go unilaterally, I think it would be one of the great catastrophes and mistakes of our time There is no justification whatsoever for sending Americans, for the first time in American history, to war as the belligerent, as the initiator of it . . . without showing an imminent threat to our country. (H.J. Res. 114, Roll Call #237, Passed 77-23: R 48-1; D 29-21; I 0-1, 10/11/02; C. T. Revere, Sen. Kerry: War Resolution Not Absolute, Tucson Citizen, 10/14/02)

All these guys running say how terrible Iraq is, Dean told Iowa voters Sunday Where were they four months ago when we really needed them to stand up to the president of the United States? (Jeff Zeleny, Potential For War Troubles Field Of Democratic Hopefuls, Chicago Tribune, 1/20/03)
Dean Claimed President Has Obsession With Iraq. Describing President Bushs foreign policy approach as ghastly, Dean said the White House was doing virtually nothing about [North Korea] as it prepares for war with Baghdad. Its appalling. They are putting us in harms way because of their obsession with Iraq (John Whitesides, Dean Says Bush Putting U.S. In Harms Way, Reuters, 3/5/03)
On Eve Of War, Daschle Blamed Potential War Casualties On President Bush. Im saddened, saddened that this president failed so miserably at diplomacy that were now forced to war. and raise you a John Kerry:
The Democrats are also showing their true colors. Their political party is all that matters to them. Pure greed and lust for political power. There is no other explanation for attempting to undermine our commander in chiefs ability to govern this country and command our troops currently at risk in the Middle East. I can think of another time they did this. Bush had just been elected President and the Supreme Court reinforced the election. For the next few months the Democrats whined and cried that Bush had stole the election. They said he was an illegitimate 'selected' President. One has to wonder how that affected his ability to be Commander in Chief.
And possibly as a result, 9/11 occurred soon after.
Hey Democrats !, put away your innate desire for political power until the election begins next year. Our troops are dieing in the field right now and domestically we still dont know who sent the anthrax.
I picture a tremendous backlash featuring democrat apathy on the most important day, election day. We must win those folks over out of their apathy and urge them to the polls to vote for President Bush.
Bob Graham has served on the Intelligence Committee for a long time. Maybe that committee needs a name change as Bob Graham accepts no accountability for his party, including Janet Reno. Clinton & Reno's failure to treat the first WTC attack as terrorism and just as a criminal act led to 9-11. The 1993 attack was a gigantic red flag. They could have also gotten UBL at various times. We must remember the intelligence failures when the democrats were in the White House and the majority in the Senate. I recommend Barbara Olson's last book, The Final Days about x-42 and HRC. She warned of the threat of terrorism in the first chapter.
The Bush Administration began the War on Terrorism and that's why Americans feel safer having Republican leadership.
The media is beating the drum of the State of the Union speech to the delight of the dems but it is much ado about nothing. The President did not lie, stretch the truth or anything. Doesn't President Bush have First Amendment Rights too?
Go, Dubya!
