Since the days are winding down I'd like you to -- in your official capacity as Judge -- locate that boy, so; you may present the (my) terms of his surrender.
Those terms are as follows:

1) Inform the Vanquished One I'll not accept anything showing up at my door from him in the way of meat, tobacco, & adult beverages. -Period-

2) In lieu of the items I've rightfully won he's required to use the equivalent amount of $$s he'd have otherwise spent on my winnings, to take his wife to dinner -- at a nice place: no *Rallies* or *Wendy's* will be acceptable -- which shall be witnessed by you, the Judge.

3) The scoundrel has no more than 60 days to execute this dinner date.
That is, he's to have executed the dinner date on or before October 13, 2003.
(~i've learned my lesson with this greased eel ilk. he's ruined it for the rest. there'll be no more "open-ended" wagers.)

4) The reciept of said meal must be sent via registered mail & signed by YOU, to me; which, will be accepted as pOOf he's fufilled his obligation, based solely on your good name.

5) Any or all of the above stated terms are untenable.

Will result in my immediate branding of him an even bigger deadbeat (than I already have).
Thereby effectively confirming my long held suspicions & justifying the instant rifting of his status from, "3rd Degree Scoundrel" to "1st Degree Bum."
