In that case, it's a good thing it was law school. If it had been a science major

Some law students were science or engineering majors when undergrads, a few may have even worked in those areas before going to law school. OTOH, my daughter and her husband were both history types as undergrads, several thousand miles and a few years apart.

No doubt we will have a first hand account from Chelsea who was just walking by and thinking about how this damage was caused by the Bush tax cuts.

If terrorists were hell-bent on destroying America and the American way of life, then one would think they would consider Yale Law School to be a force for good.

Maybe Al Quiada has hired a PR firm and is trying to win over the hearts and minds of the American public on this demonstration of good will. Next, could be Berkley, SUNY law, ACLU headquarters, etc.

Of course if they really want to extend the olive branch, I believe that the IRS headquarters would be a much appreciated gesture.

I got teased mercilessly as a young woman about proving my hair was really blonde. Kind of disgusting... except for the "male" getting a thrill off of it.

The Penn Station delays today were caused by a truck accident in Elizabeth NJ near one of the track/trestles for NJT. Not related to this.

So it wasn't in the mail room, how was the device placed into this "room" (I have not seen a report as to what kind of "room" it was)? How was it detonated? Timer? Cell phone trigger? Expect the usual cover-up on this one.

OK, but then what would be the point? All strapped in and nowhere to blow up?

Pre computers that is what I did too...Freshmen were to take only 16 credit hours.

I would just appear in classes and at the end they sent in a grade for me. First semester they never caught it, but after the second I got called into the Dean.

After reviewing my grades he laughed and approved 24 class hours for the rest of my stay there!! He did suggest I only sign up for 16-18 and continue my way of getting into the rest. Never went to see him again!

"Yale law calender shows exams beginning May 12, last day of semester May 23rd with commencement on the 26th. So yea, it looks like it is finals weeks at Yale law"

The last couple of days of the exam period are usually reserved for conflicts and such. I bet you most law students have gone home by now.

A stranger with a bomb wanders into an empty room at Yale, and places a bomb there, and detonates it? Why? Let's see how big this bomb really is, might be a fraternity prank.

Oh puhleez. Multiple witnesses see a plane in flames before it crashes and you think: "At this time, we have no indications that terrorism was involved." It was a truthful statement then, and it's true now. ...is a plausible position? Throughout history governments have covered up successful terrorist/guerilla ops. Odds are the Queens crash is one such coverup.

Here are excerpts from posts off that Arabic language message board, in chronological order. I have added the bold for emphasis.

Monday 5/19 Thread title:

* an urgent is a killing hit danger against America a next to the Allah wanted - during 48 hour * *

Posted on 5/19:

To Bush and to the American intelligences and from and the concern from the hypocrites¡¡¡ the next hit to the Allah during 48 wanted the next hour¡¡¡¡ and to the Allah wanted that will convulse your heart¡¡¡¡¡ and beg from all of the Moslem of the remoteness about the main cities in the United States and Nioriork specially¡¡¡ Washington¡¡¡ and about the commercial beaches and the Allah know .

My interpretation: A terrorist strike is planned in the next 48 hours. Moslems are encouraged to leave the major US cities, especially New York, Washington, and the commercial beaches.

Posted on 5/20:

No postponement

My interpretation: The strikes have not been postponed, and are to continue on schedule.

Remainder 24 hour

My interpretation: The strikes are now within 24 hours.

The figures hideaway and her secret we know her to the Allah and the iodine of her knowledge wanted these

My interpretation: Iodine is given to patients suffering from radiation poisoning.

A note : he to each Moslem avoided the American existence areas from the complexes inside and outside the countries Alslamia and especially in America.

My interpretation: Moslems are encouraged to avoid areas where Americans concentrate, both in Saudia Arabia and America... "the complexes" = Western compounds in Saudia Arabia and/or apartment complexes in the US.

A possible is a perfume we perish to the commercial markets in Riyadh City

My interpretation: Distribution of some chem/bio contaminant via a commercial distribution method... such as perfume spritzers in commercial markets, shopping malls, etc.

Your interpretations may vary. :-)

According to this MSNBC story, it was a classroom that students were taking exams in just 10 minutes before the explosion. Doesn't say how many students. Certainly they must be looking into exactly who was in that room earlier and when they were there.
