When your comic strip characters start lecturing your readers in a foreign language, it's way past time to contact the mental health care officials in your area.
Honestly, I thought this was a send-up of this nutzi until I opened the morning comics and saw it for myself.

Trudeau should shut up...
He simply reminded us that being an American doesn't always purify the despicable "French gene".....
It appears to overwhelm everything, making the bearer leftist, unreliable and whiney!

Trudeau is a French name. One more reason to hate the French. BTW, I trace my last name to a Huguenot who was listed in New Amsterdamn census in 1664. I consider myself to have an American name, merci.
To: Pharmboy
Actions speak louder than words. The French may have done a good job at pretending to be on our side one day after 9-11, but what matters is what they actually DID post-9-11.

Though I have Polish ancestry, my last name is French (by marriage). But that is neither here nor there. I am American and so is my husband's family. I am not one bit offended by French boycotts- in fact, I participate in them.
Once again, Trudeau misses the point completely.

Trudeau says the French are better than the Americans... it's funny, I never saw him as a "patriotic Franco-American"... in fact, I think Chef Boyardee is more patriotic than Trudeau.
His sneering down at people (if you're not upper-class enough to read French, you deserve to be insulted, in his mind)

Beyond the obvious leftist slant, he's a crappy cartoonist. Why do the characters all wear heavy eyeliner? Could Mr. Trudeau be concealing his penchant for crossdressing? heheh

I didn't realize I was so...so... provincial.
I am so glad leftists like Trudeau are here to educate me out of my silly traditional values.

Within two weeks of September 11th, the French were hard at work as Iraqi spies, briefing Saddam and his thugs on America's diplomatic communications. They told Saddam that we did not suspect him as being behind September 11th. Remember that the French did not know if he was or was not behind it. Their friendship with Saddam was more important than their "friendship" with the USA.
What color is the sky in Mr. Trudeau's world?

Franco-Americans? Franco-Americans?
My mother was half French and if you want to hear French bashing you should have heard her on the WWII French.
So I guess that makes me 1/4 French and you should hear me on the subject of modern day France.
And WE aren't hyphenated. We're Americans of French and, in my case, Irish and Scots-Irish descent.
Go back to Canada!

Nothing like a leftist's sense of superiority, "mais non"? He has to write in french to show how superior and cerebral he is to the "provincial" among us. Wow, i'm sooo impressed that he can write in 10th grade French (and yes, I understood it without the translation--big deal). He reminds me of those pseudo-intellectuals who strew words like "sans" and "uber" in their dialogue to feign intelligence. Doesn't fool me or other FReepers; we know it's just a ploy to keep readers/listeners from realizing they have no substance or insight. As a cartoonist, he really sucks--not funny, not insightful, not nothing! I can't figure out who reads his drivel.
To: Pharmboy
Didn't mean you go back to Canada, Pharmboy. Meant girlyboy Trudeau.

Sorry to disappoint, but George W. Bush was not the big man on campus. He was the president of his fraternity, but he utterly despised alot of the upper class kids, who he felt were elitist snobs. He didn't like hanging out with the rich, the popular or the famous or those from well to do connected families. During his election, numerous fraternity brothers did interviews, he preferred hanging out, playing stickball, and wiffleball, partying and being a normal college guy. He didn't like racists or bigots either, which certainly didn't endear him to alot of people either, but he also had a great deal of disdain for the hippies and anti-war protesters. In a weird kind of way, his college profile would give the false impression that he would probably be a liberal, be he turned out be a conservative, who got more and more conservative as he got older. Up until after he became president, he wouldn't even go near the yale campus, and he did tell a story that puts all in perspective. On his first week on campus, a college teacher told him in regards to his father having lost an election "Your daddy lost, because he wasn't a better man".

I hope you follow B.C. too, the writer is a die-hard conservative, who's been controversial over the years for making numerious (and positive) christian references, which irks many of the newspapers he's in. (though they do have a point about since its the stone age, it would be before Jesus).

Actually, one more note, since I'm sure somone will mention it, yes he was a skull and bones member, but unlike his father, and Kerry, he didn't particulary like hanging out with most of them, he got in as a legacy, and simply considered himself a member, but since they didn't like his DKE brothers, he didn't like them. Kerry was far more involved with the skull and bones while he was there.
