[history]
The spate of well-organized and violent anti-American protests in Iraq betrays the guiding hand of Ba'ath extremists or "agents provocateurs" from Iran. Not unexpected. But in years to come, the future sponsors of such hate-America rallies might well come as a shock, if the nation- building foreign aid experience in the Balkans provides any lessons.

From time to time these articles surface where a reporter has done the 'legwork' to trace the funding of leftist organizations back to the US taxpayer. I wish something could be done here............Line-item veto? More attention paid by our Senators and Congressman?

I wonder why Ron Paul doesn't focus on hunting down expenditures like this. He often makes a stand voting against symbolic measures that are under the jurisdiction of the constitutional government.
Sometimes I agree with his position, sometimes I don't. This would be an area that he could prove to be an asset to the American taxpayer.

Arrrrrgggh!@ This is stupefyingly stupid. More holdover-justified carry-over of Clintonian double-crosses against the U.S....and at US expense! Time for Congress to pull the plug on these thinly-veiled subsidies of the enemy...
