The picture on the left (or on top for those with smaller screens) was taken September 15, 2001. At this moment, Bush is saying "I hear you, the world hears you and soon, the ones who knocked down these buildings will hear from us."
The other picture, taken today, one can almost imagine Bush saying "Well, how do you like us now? We got plenty more where that came from."

" Campbell Brown of NBC doing a hit piece on CNBC about the landing .....even got Peter Fenn a RAT hack to whine anout it.."
We taped FOX at home today and will savor that tape, but, were forced to watch CNN and MSNBC at work.MSNBC was trying to outdo CNN in the anti Bush rhetoric- Bob Kur had many odd comments, like " we interviewed the sailors on the USS Lincoln, before the war started and we couldn't get a real sense of how they felt about the President, because they had to be very careful in what they said and couldn't talk freely" , "Bush never flew in combat " was another. Saw Campbell doing her hit piece tonight with Fenn-as usual, she was totally inappropriate. All this highlights is how completely off balance the left is now, Bush has them flummoxed. Too bad the left couldn't join all Americans in welcoming home the servicemen and celebrating the success of our men and women in the military.

OK - they've given us one, just so they can say they're being fair. But they're still gonna stonewall Estrada, Owen and Pickering.
I hate to say it, but I'm starting to have some doubts about Sen. Frist - I was expecting great things from him. I also wish he'd whip Snow and Voinovich into line, not to mention that little weenie Chaffee :-(

Or, even better, "Independence Day," where the young Pres. was a fighter pilot who shot down the aliens! Or helped anyway, it was the old drunken 'nam vet cropduster pilot that rammed the big alien ship. " Hey, yah boys, I'm baaack"... might have to watch that scene later tonight, just for grins. :)

That's an Air Force C-17 in that picture - they don't land on carriers.

There have been 120 Judges confirmed since President Bush took office. There have been two so far that have been denied an up/down vote by the Senate..... Yep they may stop Estrada, Owen, Pickering but they haven't stopped them all....
