Or helped anyway, it was the old drunken 'nam vet cropduster pilot that rammed the big alien ship. " Hey, yah boys, I'm baaack"... might have to watch that scene later tonight, just for grins. :)

I have always thought that movie was, in a way, prescient.

Remember how the Iraqis are shown cheering for our side? I need to watch it again...it cheered me up during a rough time when X42 was in power.

Yah. Randy Quaid. I love that movie, and isn't it interesting, if you think about it (this came up because of Bill PULLMAN), Bill PAXTON has probably played in more blockbusters than any actor in history, and yet few people know him as a "star." He was in, easily, 4-5 of the top grossing pictures of all time, including "Twister," "Titanic," "True Lies," and "Aliens."
