I see members of the US Army protecting him. Some with earpieces so I'm okay now.

There's something important to watch here..other than the obvious.
Notice these people feel free to pat him....can you imagine anyone patting his Dad - or President Reagan - or Clinton? I can't. He's an ordinary guy...who knows how to be Presidential when he needs to be.
This is the military equivalent of the post-9-11 appearance with the bullhorn.

Yes, red shirts are ordnancemen, green for maintenance, yellow and blue for aircraft handlers, brown for plane captains, purple for fuel handlers, after that it gets complicated.

Translation - Fair pass. Little low, flat in the middle, little nose down in close, flat at the ramp, 4-wire. Now, knowing that our CINC was aboard, the LSO's probably gave the PIC (pilot-in-command) an OK pass.
