Translation - Fair pass. Little low, flat in the middle, little nose down in close, flat at the ramp, 4-wire. Now, knowing that our CINC was aboard, the LSO's probably gave the PIC (pilot-in-command) an OK pass.

Many thanks...during my AF crew dog days, I was always in the back, so I didn't get a chance to see too many landings, except out the side/paratroop door (EC-130s). Of course, there's a big difference in landing on a fixed runway, and putting an aircraft down on a carrier. I have the utmost respect for naval aviators, although there's still something inherently wrong about a runway that moves....BTW, during my days as an instructor at the Air Force's Air Command and Staff College, I had a student who was an Air Force One Co-Pilot for Bill--and he actually liked the guy. Probably the reason he made Major below-the-zone and went to school in residence.....
