In response to your question, we do take precautions to ensure that our announcements air on quality, family-oriented programming. Should you see our announcement air on a questionable program please drop us a note with the name of the program that you were watching, and we will ask our advertising agency to thoroughly review the content of the program.

Al Roker is out promoting hate crime legislation.
And the show just screams communism!

On my local Fox affiliate I see a commercial for the Today Show. Madonna is playing guitar with Matt Lauer, and he gleefully exclaims that THEY are going to be performing togther on Monday??? We should send NBC a message.
I don't even watch NBC now, but I'll voluntarliy block NBC, and MSNBC from my TV...lets make a list of advertisers for all NBC shows.. Apparently Madonna is trying to promote some new CD of Anti-War songs, and Matt and Madonna will sing them on the Today Show?

Exactly. I'm looking for more sponsors, but Smuckers is the primary sponsor I definetely know about.

I am a shareholder in Smuckers and e-mailed their Investor Relations Dept. about such the other day. I told them that, as an investor in the company, I understand the benefits for the company to advertise during morning shows. I also explained that I appreciate the concerns expressed by those in this regards though I believe your efforts are misguided given the quality company Smuckers is.
