**In the aftermath of a successful war it opposed as a certain disaster, the left is attempting to rewrite the script, counting on others to forget what it said and did.**

Isn't this what the dims always do? What a great line! "Attempting to rewrite the script"!

The great David Horowitz is a man of wisdom. I love him. Being a former True Believer, he knows where the Left is coming from and he knows how to deal with their crap.

Everything the Left Said About the War was Wrong

Just make it a global truth:

Great article. I agree, all the antiwar people were talking about how 500,000 citizens of Iraq would be killed and there would be thousands of American soilders killed. NO ONE on the left said it would be quick and easy.

I'm so glad we have a conservative voice on TV and radio to remind everyone what the left said.

Mr. Horowitz, as usual, hits the nail on the head. On the other hand, I am pleased that such as he are willing to wade through the sludge of such as Huffington so as to expose it.

Arianna is not the brightest bulb on the tree. Her idea of reason is so tortured that I was forced to stop reading and listening to her some years before this day.

Arianna Huffington is a hysterical shrew. She makes Molly Ivins and Maureen Dowd look downright sane by comparison. I guess she never quite recovered when her ex-husband couldn't buy a U.S California Senate seat with his oil fortune millions.

It didn't matter to the Left whether it was right or wrong when they said it. It was said just in case it proved to be correct and they could capitalize on it all the way up to the election and beyond to fight future military action.

They said America could not fight international terrorism and Saddam at the same time -- as though the two could be separated. In fact, the Bush Administration showed it could do both very well at the same time.

Another silly assertion disproven by the documents found showing Iraq and Al Qaeda were planning a Saddam-Osama get together, and the close ties Bush said were there all along are now proven fact. Funny how little coverage that is getting in the liberal media.

As for Zsa Zsa Huffington, why she is given any credibilty by anyone is a mystery. She is clueless and/or duplicous. Of course what else would you expect from a woman who claims she never knew her husband was a homosexual?

In this context, to demonize Wolfowitz, Perle and Cheney as blood-thirsty imperialists ready to shed blood for oil is beneath contempt, and an exercise in poisonous myth-making. Huffington’s construction is a paranoid fantasy that will feed the hatreds not only of Islamic extremists abroad, but anti-American extremists at home.

Well..that's Ariana for you!!! She loves to sitr things up.

I think many on the left were so hysterical to preempt the war simply because they knew all the doomsday scenarios they predicted were just risible theory and would be proven wrong once the war started.

As long as the war didn't start, they could get miles and miles of Bush bashing out of it, but once it started, their theories went out the window and conservatives were proven right.

No one can say with certainty how this war would have transpired had SH and his sons not been taken out on March 20. SH, if he had been at the helm during the war, could very well have given the orders to use WMD. We know there were missiles and aircraft sitting ready to be loaded with WMD agents.

The use of WMD would not have stopped or delayed our victory for very long, but would certainly have resulted in tremendous loss of life, esp. among Iraqi citizens who were not equipped with protective equipment.

Contrary to Huffington's assertion that we were attacking a paper tiger, the threat of WMD was there and was real until that fatal moment on March 20 when SH met his demise.

It's not too surprising that they are the "left" which has its foundations from the Latin sinistra which is Italian for left) and shares the same root as sinister

Synonyms: sinister, baleful, malign

These adjectives apply to what is indicative of or threatens great harm, disaster, or evil. Sinister usually implies impending or lurking danger that makes its presence felt by ominous signs or portents: We heard a sinister laugh from behind the door. Baleful intensifies the sense of menace; it suggests a deadly, virulent, or poisonous quality: The guard's baleful glare frightened the children. Malign applies to what manifests an evil disposition, nature, influence, or intent: “The Devil... with jealous leer malign/Eyed them askance” (John Milton).

Leftist always think it's chic to support terroists like Che Guevarro, Castro, Arafat, Saddam, Mao, IRA, Pol Pot and other anti-USA/Israel murderers. Zsa Zsa is especially annoying because she pretends to be Republican and is a complete anti-American. She could not have been any more wrong if she tried.

Pray for GW and Our Troops
