just keep it up, you trained monkeys. We're all watching and keeping score. We just need to know what movies to boycott.
Now THAT bears repeating!

Sean Astin (who was Sam, btw), is actually involved with the USO.
Good guy.

Unfortunately there's two numbskulls (Serkis and Mortgenson) in my LoTR universe and I have another whole movie to get through. Why they can't keep their mouths shut is beyond me. grrr

Before the show started, I heard Joan Rivers talking with Sean Astin. When he was asked to send a message to our troops overseas he said, (I paraphrase, but it's REAL close): "Before the fighting started, I prayed on bended knee for peace. Now, though, I am praying on bended knee for peace AND victory. Come home safe and bless you all."
Just thought you might like to know what Frodo thinks.
That is Sean Astin..... He is Sam, but yes, that is what Sam thinks. He is a class act.

For the first time in my memory, I am not watching the Oscar awards. I will not subject myself to these anti-American egomaniacs in their gowns, jewels, and tuxs dishonoring our troops. They always say there are not losers, only winners. It is my opinion, they are all losers this year.
To: OneVike
Was it just me or did Patty Duke give the woman seated next to her a dirty look when she apploded the antiwar statement?
Darn, I don't know, I missed it. And who was that dumb (albeit kinda cute) guy, anyway?

Warning: Slob alert! Michael Moore may be shown on the screen soon.
To: nutmeg
Oh, geez. Here we go. If Michael Moore wins this one.... ugh... my TV might not survive. Must... keep... all... heavy... objects... at a distance.
