Looking for verification of a Freedom Rally in Raleigh, NC

First off, I have no idea really how to use this site. This is far different from any other forum system I've used. The answer I'm looking for could be right in front of me and I don't even know it. Nonetheless, I got an e-mail from a friend that there's going to be a Freedom Rally on March 22, 2003 at the State Capitol grounds in downtown Raleigh from 12p-2p, and she gave http://www.freerepublic.com/ as the link to check it out, only I can't find it. Can I get verification for this before I start sending it out to all my family/friends?
