Leahy repeating his insistence that Bush should choose a candidate that will be, in effect, pre-approved by the Senate.
Reading someone's words which say Estrada's powerful friends want to get him a court job, and also want to end affirmative action. Same person says Cesar Chavez would be rolling in his grave.
Leahy resents the charges that opponents of Estrada (like him) are anti-Hispanic. "Baseless charges."
