Leahy better realize now damning this will be for Dims in the Hispanic community. Saying Hispanics have felt compelled to oppose the Estrada nomination.

I just tuned in so missed that. Oh, to pause and contemplate Leahy in court facing a judge--any judge! hehe

Reid up and just said the ABA should be ashamed of themselves because they gave Estrada a good rating. Said they did that for partisan reasons.

I thought the ABA was the be all and end all when the subject is rating a judicial nominee.

That's what we heard when President Bush said he was not going to use the ABA as the sole arbiter of such matters.
