Well this leaves France in good company with North Korea, Syria, Lybia, China and Russia.

Au revoir la France!!!

Stopped drinking French wine a LONG time ago (prefer Aussie wines now). If I ever find anything else these sorry souls make, I will pass that up too!

New Iraqi Premier to President Chirac:
"Oil contracts? You have to talk to our new oil minister about that.
Oh here he is now. Hey Billy-Bob--"

Spoils of war? They should just ask for the chunnel building equipment back---the same equipment Iraq has used to create their bunker system.

Wonder where France will get their oil if they can't violate international sanctions against Iraq?

"If they were on our side they would just run and tell everything they heard to the other side."

That's right ... you'd have to deploy them behind you so that, when they did turn tail and run, you wouldn't be trampled in the rush.

La France seems to have an overweening desire to be just as irrelevant as the United Nations Debating Club.

Thanks for the story.

The question we should be asking....

If the French surrender as they are to do, and nobody is there to accept their white flag, does anyone really care?

Well? Anybody?
