Freeper Prayer Request, Please

Hello, my FRiends...

I need your help and your prayers, please. I returned to my trusted OB, who delivered my son nearly 11 years ago ... During my annual, the nurse discovered a likely fibroid, and gave me a physicians's referral.

Well, this mass - he's still "99% sure" it's a fibroid - is filling my entire pelvic cavity on my right side, and there are at least two others as well. I took a CA125 blood test for ovarian cancer, to make sure. I won't get the results until early next week. And I need to have an MRI to determine what this mass is - the sonograms in the office weren't able to diagnose it, or its position, for sure. There is a small chance that it could be uterine sarcoma, which I PRAY it is not.

Also, since divorce had not been kind to me financially, I have no insurance, and need to go to the Medi-Cal office tomorrow, so I'll be covered. When my doctor measured the masses, he said they will have to come out, before they start crowding my kidneys and interfering with their function, which can be quite dangerous. I'm self-employed - I'm trying to keep everything going. Freedom versus sick pay... :-)

My FRiends, I just cried for the first time since I found out on Monday. I know I need to let go, and let God. I ask your prayers during this time of waiting, of decision, of action, whatever it is. I have to have the insurance in place before any treatment occurs, so I ask your prayers that that comes together quickly. And I ask for your healing prayers, and God's guidance for my doctor. I will need to have these removed soon, within a few weeks.

Cory, I can't pretend to know God's will or His purpose ... but I do KNOW that HE has one, and that it is ALWAYS for the best.

My prayers, and the prayers of our entire family are for you and yours ... that God in Heaven in His Mercy will reveal His will to you, that He will comfort you and that He will heal you and guide the hands of those who assist you in doing so.

Sometimes you just have to take one day at a time and not think about the whole problem. You will be in my thoughts, please keep us informed.

I have a friend that had a 9-pound tumor removed - it was not cancerous. Sure seemed scary at the time though.

Praise God for all the good stuff, bootless! You are a precious child of God, and He WILL take care of you, dear! We know that His promises are good. We will ask for the Will of God to be done and then we have to trust that that is what will happen. We also know that the prayers of a righteous man availeth much. There are lots of people praying for you now who DO care about you. These prayers and concerns will all reach the great Throne, and they will be heard, and you will receive, by God's grace, the comfort and healing of your soul that God desires to give you.
