I searched for the original sexual predator alert with Klintoon and found nothing. We need a creative Freeper to re-design one that we can e-mail around.

That's the one I was thinking of--a few modifications and it's good to go for William Scott Ritter Jr., aka Scott Ritter (aka ______ Ritter's trolling screen name). All we need is an estimate of his height & weight--we already have his hair color & eye color. Too bad we don't know if he has any tattoos (or *other* things) for the "identifying marks" section.
