According to Hugh Hewitt http://www.hughhewitt.com the new campaign finance laws DO NOT APPLY TO THIS RACE!!! This race will immediately become a Democrat soft money party in an effort to deny the Republicans the opportunity of padding their new lead in the Senate. We must help Suzie in whatever way we can. The d*mned Campaign Finance "Reform" law does apply to this runoff election in Louisiana. The effective date of that law was 6 November, and it has not yet been struck down by any court. So it's in effect.

Since the Dems are short on hard money, the law they helped push through will restrict them, until I and other attorneys can get the puppy declared uncomstitutional. And that will be long after Mary Landrieu is history.

I am SO sick of this fraud garbage. The whole South Dakota thing is a joke. Someone needs to stand up and expose this. Unfortunately I am just a married college student, so I am probably out as the spokesman.
