Please let me know if you want on or off my "'til election day" Fla. ping list.

Both the Republican Party of Florida and the campaign of Republican Gov. Jeb Bush have denied involvement and support an investigation. The first thing that strikes me is - what's this paragraph doing in there...

Help me understand.
Both the Republican Party of Florida and the campaign of Republican Gov. Jeb Bush have denied involvement
So, an important Democratic official (whose title was unknown, but whose party affiliation was clearly known) was asked to vote improperly, long after the deadline, for a Democratic candidate.
And the media takes the step of saying Jeb Bush denies that he us behind this election fraud??

This doesn't make any sense to me. Poe, the DNC chairman, calls the feds when a supposed Democrat on McBrides campaign called him and urged him to cast votes after Nov. 5? Why would he do that and harm his own party?

Wanna bet Poe is making the whole thing up?
Like we all know, Democrats accuse republicans of doing what they've done themselves. If I were investigators, I'd ask Poe if he recorded the call, if he asked who the caller was working for, if he wrote down details of the call, what time of day the call was received, duration. This is something easily verified.
I bet the farm investigators will figure out Poe is going for adversely affecting voters' opinion of republicans..a concerted effort to discredit Governor Bush...how else to explain how quickly Poe got Conyers in on the scam.

This is what they are doing (The Democrats)Poe, from the DNC "says" he got a call from someone claiming to be with the Mcbride campain asking poe to hold off on sending his ballot in untill after the vote.
The implication is to be that the Republicans made the calls to "Disenfranchise" mcbride voters.
1st step in lawsuits-media push-stolen election fiasco to come AGAIN.
Mark my words!

Why does everyone assume that something like this would be done by a Pubby? It could just as easily have been done by a Rat, given its Publik Educayshun.

"Both the Republican Party of Florida and the campaign of Republican Gov. Jeb Bush have denied involvement and support an investigation."Oh, THAT'S about as subtle as the Wellstone Memorial Service/Mondale pre-Campaign Rally.

A "Republican" calling people for a Democrat vote? Does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture?
I sure hope the FBI is investigating the Dem vote here. It sounds like a set up if anything. Politics of personal destruction the Dems are so noted for.

Democrats will do anything (lie, cheat, steal, sell out their grandmothers, etc) to get elected. The only thing that matters to them is power.

I believe the FBI agent received the call. Seeing probable election fraud he investigated by calling Poe to ask a few questions.
To: Ragtime Cowgirl
Heck, he probably hired somebody to call him in the hopes that they could make it seem like the Republicans were doing what the 'RATS are so good at...

U.S. Rep. John Conyers of Michigan, the ranking Democratic member of the Judiciary Committee, wrote U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft on Tuesday asking for an investigation.
If it was going to be a Democrat in trouble you can bet that Conyers wouldn't be pushing for an investigation.

Many coincidences are lining up and pointing to the Dems normal throw grandma into the snowbank, abolish social security system, phone calls from Pubbies, keep African-Americans from voting, and possibly the refugees from Haiti.Sounds like desperation time for the 'RATS.
Either that or I need to be fitted for a new Tin Foil Hat. LOL

With all the PRONOUNS, the writer appears illiterate and the story is confusing. Who called whom should have been stated up front. I have to assume it was D'rat calling another rat and said you don 't know me but.....
