LOL. The Lions haven't won a title since my dad was a little kid, and the games were played at "Briggs Stadium"(later called Tiger Stadium) The Wings had a long dry stretch, too. It can happen...

". Maybe it'll go all the way to the supreme court........" Now THAT would be fun!

You don't get to the Super Bowl by playing the Detroit Lions every week. That's too bad considering the Phish spanked them 49-21 on Sunday.
:P
Ricky Williams is the answer to my prayers....

JANET RENO LOSES IN FLA!!!! That's the good news. The bad news is she lost to another Democrat.
(There, I've said it again -- Bobby Vinton.)

It seems to me that Jones played the spoiler & helped McBride.....sure hope she somehow manages to close the gap....she'd be much easier to beat.

Yes, but it is a repudiation of a Clintonista - wouldn't it be great if we could run the table on those people this election cycle?
To: soozla
I don't understand how she could lose when she drives a red pickup truck. That shows she's just plain folks don't it?

Greta Van Susteren just did a "news alert" that Janet Reno's run for Fla. govenor is over. She suffered a "big defeat" at the hands of opponent Bill McBride. Sad. It would have been great to see Sterno go down in humiliating defeat to Jeb.
Guess she's going to have to go down on something else to assuage her defeat in the primary.

That was one good rant. I can't stop laughing.
To: soozla
I'd have preferred Jeb to run against Reno, since she's the weaker candidate. Ah well, her defeat is sweet.

Reno could be put on display at Busch Gardens a captured female Skunk ape! New career for Reno!

You forgot communist-Chinese protecting. That, after all, was her main function. I must respectfully disagree. Reno's main function was to protect Clinton and Clinton from prosecution for their many crimes. On second thought, maybe that is what you meant. :)

The bad news for any Democrat who might have hoped their vote for McBride was a vote against Clinton. . .McBRIDE'S CAMPAIGN MANAGER IS TERRY McAULIFFE'S FATHER-IN-LAW. Reno's defeat was orchestrated by the DNC.
