Conservatives do not murder policemen at traffic stops. Conservatives do not generally suffer from demons of murderous rage warring in their souls. Unfortunately, there are a number of sick souls posting here on FR who aren't capable of understanding the difference between "conservative" and "anarchist."

It was a joke to Fred Mertz who had called me a 'her'.

Yeah, I figured it had to be wrong, outside of Hillary and a few other selected haters, I've never seen a female who acts like you.

Do you think a traffic stop is perfectly Constitutional? Driver's licenses? Speeding fines?

Do you think a traffic stop is perfectly Constitutional? Driver's licenses? Speeding fines? All of the above, but what's the point?

Matthew's groupies are pretty upset from the beating they've been taking.

Then why are we bothering to hold a trial Hugh? That is a very good question.
We might just want to hold a trial. But that doesn't prove it's Constitutionally mandated.
Did you notice today that the Judge came out and extended the trial to January? In her words, she stated that:
"Although the public's right to a speedy trial is a legitimate concern, this court's paramount concern is ensuring that the defendant receive a fair trial,"
Did you catch her inversion of the Constitution in that statement?
The "PUBLIC's" right to a speedy trial?
She's standing the Constitution on its head.
The whole trial is just an excuse to keep him from getting back to France, and a catharsis of sorts for Americans. I don't have a problem with that. We ought to hold him here till he rots. But everyone knows that it's the accused who has a right to a speedy trial, not the "public". This judge is not exactly on top of the Constitution, so I wouldn't want to put too much faith in what she says about the Bill of Rights covering Moussoui.
At any rate, Moussoui is not entitled to coverage by the Bill of Rights, if he's just a French citizen. Does he have a green card or something that might make him "of the United States"? Maybe there's more to his status than I know. But I doubt it. This wouldn't be the first time our Federal Government gave something (like a free lawyer) to somebody who was not entitled to receive it.
One good thing about the trial, is that this female judge is driving this Tarabist-goon absolutely nuts.
One dangerous thing about the trial is that under his fictitious VIth amendment rights, he has a right to compel witnesses to appear in his favor. He also has an interpreted (not literal) right to discovery. And his trial must be public. We therefore run the risk of allowing him to compel testimony that will reveal national secrets which we don't want revealed, because they put divine rights to life and property at risk. Hopefully the judge will squelch this part of his fictitious 6th Amendment rights, as we progress through this needless dance with the devil.

Why we do it is because some people are wrong and some people are right. Those who are wrong deserve to be politically inactivated, and silenced. They are of no use in the endless quest for preservation of life, liberty and property. They say things like 'don't search a terrorist's computer without a warrant. It might violate his rights'.

H.Akston
So Hugh, this is your definition of Freedom?
Silence anyone with whom you don't agree with?
Check out the people who agree with you on this...Castro, Stalin, Mao, Hitler.
When it's their turn to pick who's right, and who is wrong, and THEY come to silence YOU Hugh, are you going to attempt standing on the very Constitution you helped shred?
"They are of no use in the endless quest for preservation of life, liberty and property."
H.Akston
Hugh, people aren't put on this Earth to carry out your agenda, I don't have to join in the pursuit of anything if I don't wish to do so.
You have no clue as to what Freedom means, do you Hugh?
They say things like 'don't search a terrorist's computer without a warrant. It might violate his rights'."
H.Akston
It violates ALL our rights Hugh, regardless of whether or not even a vast majority of America approves, it's wrong.
Like the raid on the Gonzalez household, or Reno's actions in Waco, all our rights were violated.
You are another dangerous man Hugh. You could cause more damage to America with your twisted ideas of Freedom, than one hundred terrorists, crashing one hundred airplanes, into one hundred skyscrapers.
BTW, do you want proof that I'm right?
Look up U.S. Supreme Court ruling Phyler v. Doe.
You have a lot to learn Hugh.
To: Luis Gonzalez
LOL
To: Luis Gonzalez
You have a lot to learn about what's more important - a terrorist, or American Life, Liberty, And Property.
To: H.Akston
"Politically inactivated"
You laugh now, hugh, - but in reality, -- when the whole forum sees this, the laugh will be on you.
