I understand fully that only kiddie porn and murder are at the moment formally charged against DW, not sexual assault or molestation.

I am looking at the big picture, making a guess based upon all I know, as to what the likelihood is that various parties are in fact guilty of anything, whether yet charged or not.

Whoever killed this girl, violently hated her and killed her in a brutal manner, not consistent with mere sexual assault. Nor would DW, surely, have had any reason to murder her at all, much less brutally...his alleged pedophilia might argue why he may have sexually assaulted her, but that is not charged! It goes nowhere at all to explain why he would MURDER her, much less with the teeth being knocked out and other brutal and mutilating complications.

You must not have heard the computer guy yesterday. The VIOLENT CHILD RAPE stuff was clearly hidden among DWs "Spectrum" business files ("AttacK" 01 to 06 etc) using the same titling and formatting that DW used for his everyday stuff. HE reformatted, titled and hid it, it was not some "automatic download" stuff that he was unaware of.

And the computer guy said that these "Attack" files had been deleted, time of attempted deletion uncertain, but that he had been able to recover them. It's not so easy to scrub a computer clean, although DW tried!

Put down the DW cool aid, and smell the coffee. How many of YOUR friends download VIOLENT CHILD RAPE PORN??

No "innocent accidental download" IOW. That stuff, which is SUPER ILLEGAL, is not just sent out by legal porn companies. Devotees of CHILD RAPE need to really search it out.

Such would not only be a ratty thing to do, it would actually be unusual in similar circumstances.

I fully expect Feldman to remain active on DW behalf and to file appeals desperately against any guilty verdict, work that will exceed very quickly what he has ALREADY done, let me tell you. Yet as you say it is doubtful he will be paid any more for that than he has already received.

How do you know ANY of that? Danielle's mummified, bug and wild animal eaten body reveals NONE of that. What is certain is that DW collected rare illegal VIOLENT CHILD RAPE PICTURES AND CLIPS and hid them on his computers.

I suspect that if one VIOLENTLY RAPES A 7 YEAR OLD CHILD, one pretty much kills her.

The problem as i see it is.....If DW did it....we'll never know for sure because the Prosecution is so inept. If they truely believe he did it (i believe they do) they should have SLOWLY, meticuously built a case against him, BEFORE they charged him.....as it is...he may get off. I am not sure if he did it or not....whether found guilty or innocent we will NEVER know for sure they got the right guy.

From where i sit....and it is along way from the jury box....i would have to vote NOT GUILTY due to the poor case that the DA has presented.....Unless the 3rd bug guy can change my mind......
