Do you really think they will? I don't. I have absolutely NO confidence that SDPD/DA will look into any of the other evidence or run anything through any kind of data base.

If they jury hangs they will make sure David loses Feldman as his attorney, as he's indigent now. So he'll get some pd.

If he is acquitted, LE and the media will rant about how stupid the jury is.

Are you suggesting Feldman will abandon DW because the latter has no more money to pay him?

Such would not only be a ratty thing to do, it would actually be unusual in similar circumstances.

I fully expect Feldman to remain active on DW behalf and to file appeals desperately against any guilty verdict, work that will exceed very quickly what he has ALREADY done, let me tell you. Yet as you say it is doubtful he will be paid any more for that than he has already received.

How can you be so certain Feldman is a louse? I will bet against you and say he isn't. We will see who is right.
