Ricin would work too I vaguely remember the Russians( this was on some cold war history channel type thing) sent a Bulgarian intelligence agent to kill a defector with an umbrella that was tipped with Ricin. Its nearly chemically untraceable too.

The discounts with these cards are minor at best, sometimes non-existent. Kroger uses most of it's card "discount" on meat, check the prices against non card stores and you will find little or no difference

I did a word search (to make sure I didn't miss it) on this article and did not find the words "President" or "Bush." The article states in plain language that Congress is considering this.

Question: Why did you slam Bush when the article specifically said Congress, not Bush, was looking at this?
