While I don't like the idea of tracking everyone, the ability to track children intrigues me -- at least on a voluntary basis (by the parents, obviously) There are more than a couple missing, no, kidnapped (stupid media) kids right now that maybe some tech could have saved.Oh, oh...It's for the children!
