For myself, Free Republic has become such an important part of each day that the void would be impossible to fill if FR were to disappear because of a lack of funds. I urge all registered posters and lurkers to consider a small donation to keep FR viable...at least until the next quarterly fundraiser! Better still would be a small monthly donation so that FR would have a steady flow of income and the fundraisers wouldn't have to bring in such large amounts. FReep On, Everyone!

This is what I love about donating to FR. You can post really dumb posts by mistake and if anyone says that you are wasting bandwidth, tell them that you donate to FR so you are entitled to a goof every now and zen...

when Lulu and Happy woke up (of course they slept in house on beds and sofas)
they found Bill in tent
they were so excited at thrilling discovery
they marched right in
Bill wasn't ready to get up (it was dawn) he told them to leave
Happy left instantly
Lulu never considered leaving, she walked on his head to get him up
bassets are unbudgeable
