ANDERSON S.C. - An Upstate man has sued Denny's for discrimination, saying black workers laced his eggs with bug spray because he wore clothing with Confederate emblems.
Eric Stephens said for five months, black employees at one of the restaurant company's Anderson locations made him and his friends wait for more than an hour for a table, served them burnt food and contaminated their eggs with bug spray, according to the lawsuit.
A spokeswoman for Denny's described the lawsuit as "outlandish and "frivolous."

It took him 5 months before he decided to sue?

Sure it could happen. Reverse discrimination is not politically correct though, therefore this is a non-event -"outlandish and "frivolous."
Imagine if it were the other way around. What would happen then?

Dan Rather would lead off with it if it were white employees doing the same to black customers.

A spokeswoman for Denny's described the lawsuit as "outlandish and "frivolous."Yet, they bend over and take it when a black customer is disgruntled.

Your puny digestive tracts are no match for our Denny's breakfasts! Your confederate emblems will afford you no protection!

There's no way this could happen. Black people do not discriminate against whites. And even if black people did, it is because they were victimized so long by whites. < /sarcasm>

Sure, I believe it happened. But, what kind of an idiot keeps going back for five months of abusively bad service?

Sure, I believe it happened. But, what kind of an idiot keeps going back for five months of abusively bad service? Maybe he works there, or it's the only affordable restaurant in the area.

Which lab determined that there was bug spray on the eggs and how was it proven that the waitstaff put it there?

Not all Denny's are created equal. Some are franchised and some are run by the company. The franchised ones can vary widely in service and food quality. The company owned and operated ones are invariably quite good. There's one near me that I go to frequently. There's another (franchised) one in nearby Emeryville that I avoid like the plague.

"...they bend over and take it when a black customer is disgruntled."That used to be the case at Denny's, but that has changed.
