Children’s YouTube and Netflix star Ms. Rachel has added support for reparations over slavery and Jim Crow Laws to her growing catalogue of left-wing causes, taking her latest stance via an Instagram post to her five million-plus followers.
Ms. Rachel, AKA Rachel Accurso, took an excerpt from Ta-Nehisi Coates’ 2014 essay The Case for Reparations to illustrate the need to “reckon” with America’s history of slavery.

From 1619 to (June)1776 the United States did not even exist, but everybody will accept that the U.S. is to blame for that massive 157 year period of slaving.
Nobody has the guts to actually name the true country who is guilty of the crime of slvaery from 1619 to 1776.

Sure, right after they give reparations to the descendants of Union soldiers who died to free slaves. I think there was something like 1 Union casualty for every 3 slaves freed.

As far as the promised “40 acres and a mule”, that would have happened, and land from seized plantations was ready to make it happen, but a rabid Democrat shot the architect of the plan (Lincoln) in the head and the new President didn’t have the guts to put the plan into motion.
