An Ohio dad pretended to be his 11-year-old daughter on TikTok so he could lure her alleged rapist to his home — where he shot him twice.
Diego Montoya Gonzalez, 20, was shot by dad Malik Chandler, 31, in July after the 11-year-old’s mother discovered a video on their daughter’s phone that showed him sexually assaulting the girl at their Grove City, Ohio, home, prosecutors said.
The next day, Chandler pretended to be his daughter on TikTok to get Montoya Gonzalez back to their home where he shot him twice, WNBS reported.
He told investigators he intended to just beat up Montoya Gonzalez, hold him there and then call police — but he thought he saw the alleged sicko reach for a gun in his pocket, picked up his gun off the counter and opened fire.
When police arrived on the scene, they found Montoya Gonzalez sitting in a chair with two gunshot wounds. He was transported to Grant Medical Center in Columbus, according to WHIO.
Chandler was charged with felony assault and his bond was set at $100,000.
Montoya Gonzalez was indicted by a grand jury on Friday on five counts of pandering sexually oriented material, two counts of rape and one count of obstruction of official business.
Prosecutors allege they found several videos on his phone showing the sexual abuse of children — including one clip of an infant or toddler.

A recognizance bond is a bond on the promise to appear. A 50k bond can be gotten for about $5,000. through a bondsman. The father had to post about $10,000. through a bondsman. SSS.

So a double murderer was released on $10 bail so he could again, which he did, but a man who protects his daughter from a serial rapist has his bond set at $100,000 no justice in our country anymore. I think he should have put one in his head to be sure, that way there wouldn’t have been any changes.
Our society must not tolerate vigilante justice. I’d fine the father $10, and if he does it again, it’ll be $20. Don’t test me, mister.
