Israeli Prime Minister suggested he's breaking away from the U.S. and forming a new alliance with India as Tel-Aviv and Washington butt heads over the former's strikes in Lebanon.
The eyebrow-raising comments come as the apparent rift between the U.S. and Israel widens during the 4-month war with Iran. "You have to build new alliances and develop new relationships. That's what I'm doing right now with India," Netanyahu told Sharon Gal, a prominent right-wing journalist in Israel.
Last month, Israeli officials denounced the fragile peace deal struck between the U.S and Iran, which seemed to disturb Vice President JD Vance, who told them not to badmouth "the only powerful ally" the Jewish state was "left" with "anywhere in the world." It comes after Netanyahu's son humiliated him by legally distancing himself from the Israeli leader with a surprising name change.

Does Israel think that if a Dem became President they would do any better. Trust me, if ANY commie got into office the first thing they would do is make sure that the US is officially done with Israel..also, I dont see India chipping in and offering to go to war with Iran

Their alliances with India are not military, but they are counter-China. This makes sense as India cannot stand China, or Chi-Coms.
Prime Minister Bibi isn’t abandoning USA, that’s as stupid a claim as they come. The USA-Israel alliance is one of the strongest in the world, based on shared values as well as many important strategic interests. Bibi IS reaching out (and India has reached out to Jerusalem quite clearly and strongly) to increase his nation’s overseas ties. Latin America, Asia, Africa.

We trust and respect Netanyahu - knowing he’s doing his best to protect Israel. We trust and respect President Trump doing his best to protect the United States.
Netanyahu and Trump are what’s known as ‘the good guys’. Their goal is a peaceful Middle East and a safe Israel. They’ll get over the fact they see different paths to that goal.
