Head of Public Policy Tim Dieppe has highlighted for years the link between ‘grooming gangs’ and Islam. He reviews the new report from Rupert Lowe’s inquiry... The scale of the abuse. The report cites evidence that these crimes were carried out by mostly Muslim men with predominantly Pakistani heritage. These gangs have been operating around the country since the 1950s. The report estimates that at least 250,000 young white girls have been subjected to repeated rape, gang rape, trafficking, torture, pregnancy, forced Islamic conversion, and lifelong trauma.

The Rape Gang Inquiry Report PDFSummary
The Rape Gang Inquiry Report (2026) is a survivor-led, non-statutory inquiry chaired by Rupert Lowe MP, with Sammy Woodhouse (a grooming gang survivor and activist) playing a central role. It examines the systematic grooming, rape, trafficking, and exploitation of vulnerable young girls—overwhelmingly White British—by predominantly Pakistani Muslim gangs across the UK.
Key Findings- Scale and Nature of Crimes: The report claims at least 250,000 victims (likely higher) subjected to repeated rape, gang rape, trafficking, torture, drugging, filming for blackmail, forced abortions, pregnancies, and in some cases trafficking abroad or forced "Islamic marriage." Crimes date back to the 1950s but escalated significantly with mass immigration from the late 1940s onward, especially post-1997. They occurred in at least 149 local authority districts (~40% of UK total). Grooming typically started with "boyfriends" offering gifts/drugs/alcohol, followed by collection in taxis and group abuse in houses, hotels, etc. Victims faced slurs like "white trash" or "kuffar."
- Perpetrator Demographics: Overwhelmingly Muslim men, primarily of Pakistani heritage (with smaller involvement from Somali, Afghan, and other Muslim backgrounds). Court data cited shows ~87% of convicted offenders in group-based CSE cases had distinctively Muslim names; one estimate puts the figure at ~95%. This far exceeds the Muslim population share. The report links this to cultural factors (honour/shame clan systems treating non-Muslim girls as available for exploitation) and specific Islamic theological elements (e.g., doctrines of Muslim superiority, al-walā' wa-l-barā', views on non-Muslims, sex slavery of captives, and low/no fixed age of consent).
- Institutional Failures: Catastrophic and widespread across police (ignored reports, criminalized victims, destroyed evidence), social services (undermined parents, placed girls in exploitative homes), NHS (treated injuries/STIs/pregnancies without safeguarding), schools (excluded victims), taxi licensing, and politics. Political correctness, fear of "racism" accusations, and electoral reliance on Muslim communities (especially by Labour) led to suppression of ethnicity data, denial, and blocked inquiries. Both major parties are criticized, with Labour bearing heavier responsibility for refusing inquiries and limiting terms of reference.
- Victim and Whistleblower Testimony: Harrowing accounts detail daily rapes, extreme violence ("red rooms"), institutional disbelief, lifelong trauma, and secondary harms (e.g., children born of rape being removed).
Conclusions and RecommendationsThe report frames the scandal as rooted in mass immigration, multiculturalism, and incompatible cultural/religious differences, enabled by institutional cowardice. It calls for:- Mandatory recording of offender ethnicity/religion.
- Stronger sentencing (including calls for the death penalty in some contexts).
- Deportations.
- Institutional accountability.
- Enhanced safeguarding prioritizing families.
- Legislative changes targeting gang-based CSE.
- Further inquiries, preservation of evidence, and prosecutions.
It positions this as a national reckoning demanding truth, justice, and prevention over political sensitivities. The report is explicitly framed as a counter to official inquiries seen as insufficiently addressing the ethnoreligious patterns. It includes forewords, detailed sections on culture/Islam, appendices with testimonies, and maps of affected areas. It was crowdfunded and aims to serve as a public record for ongoing accountability. Note: This is an advocacy-oriented inquiry rather than a statutory one with full legal powers. Its estimates and emphasis on religious drivers are more explicit than many prior official reports (e.g., Rotherham).

Besides the 9bvious muslim Pakistani angle and the police inaction, we should note the utter degradation of british religious and social life.
This was noted by the British author Theodore Dalrymple in his book “Life at the bottom” where in the 1980s the white underclass in the UK was noted as being as immoral and godless as the underclass in the USA but with no societal bonds.
So these were easy targets for the Mohammedans.
Bluntly the girls were in the main feral, left by a post Christian society.
A blunt lesson for what happens when a society loses God

No need to worry, the PM of the UK Andy Burnham is one of the central figures that helped coverup the rape gangs in the country.
Seriously, the covering up the rape of hundreds of thousands of UK women including children by Muslim savages is one of the worst things I’ve seen a country do to its own people.
