It's happened again. The life of a conservative Supreme Court Justice was reportedly threatened Wednesday night after the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in Washington, D.C., received reports of gunfire at the home of Amy Coney Barrett.
DC-based independent journalist Andrew Leyden first reported that trouble was brewing at Barrett's residence just before 10 p.m. ET; Leyden did not identify which Justice was involved, but revealed it was determined to be a "swatting incident."

Once again the mostly peaceful Leftists are proving that’s not what they are working for.
Isn’t it curious how they pick on one of the weaker links. This is pure intimidation to get her to sway her rulings.
We need to squelch the people who do this.

I think one way to handle this is, in parallel with initiating the response, the person taking the call must identify the caller. The calling number can be spoofed. Perhaps calling the number displayed on the screen would instantly determine if the number were spoofed. I’m sure there are other methods that could be employed now that swatting is so common. Something must be done to protect the victims of these assaults by proxy.
Overall I approve of Mr. Trump’s performance as president. The one thing I have against him is that he is too easy on his enemies. We should have had executions of corrupt politicians by now.

More preferable is them being tried, convicted, sentenced and squashed.
If the levels of extremism and violence by the left continues their upward spiral it may eventually come to be that vigilantism will be the only way to dial it back.
It may be necessary although it certainly be better if it didn’t come to that. It’s up to the left how far they’re willing to carry it. I don’t see any indication that these people have any sort of limits. It’s like 25% of the country have recently been released from mental asylums all at once. Another 25% refused to believe it’s even happening.
