SALISBURY, N.C. (WBTV) - A group of people allegedly vandalized 200 American flags at a park in Rowan County this week.
The flags at Salisbury Veterans Memorial Park on Miller Street were first stolen and vandalized on Sunday, May 17. Salisbury police said the flags were replaced but then vandalized again the next day.
