Troopers in full tactical gear heading to Lake Arcadia. Not a good situation!
EDMOND, Okla. —
A shooting near Arcadia Lake resulted in a massive police presence on Sunday night, with multiple ambulances leaving the area.
The Edmond Police Department confirmed there was a shooting, but police did not confirm how many people had been shot.
At about 9:30 p.m., law enforcement officials from the Edmond Police Department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol and more were responding to the area east of East 15th Street and Air Depot.
Edmond police said they would provide more details to KOCO shortly.
“Not many details outside of that as the scene is unfolding. Police have reported that the shots-fired calls possibly originated from the Caddo Pavilion.
People on the scene have told News 4 that several people they know were shot.“

It was a “Sunday Funday” rap night. Most all of the attendees were black. The suspects are one black and one white as of now. The victims are apparently all black. Police have been sent to one of the hospitals were victims were taken due to some large fight at the ER. At least that is what is currently being reported on social media.

Maybe 10 years ago a friend of mine was taking a leisurely walk through the woods. He turned a corner on the path, and there stood a guy with a shotgun.

Yep. Now there is a huge police presence at the OnCue convenience store on 15th in Edmond. Looks like the fight has moved to there.
It would seem that this campground was rented out to serve as a concert/festival site. Probably food, alcohol drugs, rival intoxicated gangs, arguments, insults and shooting.
And lots of disrespect apparently.
