But look what the actual author of the Citizenship Clause, Senator Jacob Howard (R-MI), said in 1866:
‘This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers… but will include every other class of persons.’

100% proof that Kamala Harris is NOT a true American citizen. Both her parents were foreigners (father from Jamaica and mother from India). Neither parent was an American citizen when Kamala was plopped out of her mothers womb. Harris is a filthy anchor baby. Not American in the slightest. /spit

They don’t care, will to power is all that matters to them. Birthright citizenship for illegal aliens or foreign nationals is a legal fiction, a fairy tale. But it’s also moot point. Whattaya gonna do about it?
The court can ignore black letter law. Whatttaya gonna do about it? The court also held that millions of illegal aliens must receive a free tax payer funded education in “public” schools.
It’s all nonsense, but that hasn’t stopped them. What are Americans prepared to do to stop them? Congress has been worse than useless.

If the enactors had been told that what the proposed amendment included children of tourists, invaders, or sneak-ins, it most certainly would not have been approved. That’ll wanted to know.
Be nice if this was presented to the SCOTUS during arguments.
The elites want the great replacement so I really doubt the court will go along with Trump even though objectively the amendment was created just for the children of freed slaves.
We should end all immigration and ban pregnant women from traveling to America for security reasons (it’s an invasion by hostile foreign powers)

The Catholic “SCOTUS” has been given literally hundreds of examples of precisely what the bird brained Jacob Howard meant with his poorly worded babblespeak of an amendment that basically obliterated the nation back in 1868.
They will completely ignore it and desperately try to dodge the entire question because of the firestorm they will create if they pick a side.

What about Obama? One parent, his mother, was a US citizen, but his father clearly was not a US citizen.

Rule of law is already dead. Remember the SC’s ruling on Obama care? Didn’t make a lick of sene but in the end, it didn’t matter. And what did we do about it? Not a damn thing. And when this goes the same way? We’ll bitch and moan. Type out really harshly worded posts on insta and here about how we are Americans……..and then we’ll VOTE HARDER. Our side isn’t prepared to do a damn thing to stop what is going on other than complaining online.
