Fox News halts for Trump's cognitive tests admission as dementia fears soar

Donald Trump has encountered online mockery after disclosing he completed a cognitive test three times, amidst worries about his well-being.

Concerns regarding the president's cognitive health have been escalating recently. Since beginning his second term in office, Trump has displayed a series of unusual symptoms, including bruising on his hands and apparent mental disorientation. Despite performing his duties as normal, many consider that the situation has reached a pivotal point in recent weeks.

Multiple individuals referenced a test he allegedly took as a screening tool to detect dementia in patients. @JoJoFromJerz questioned: "Why does he think bragging about having dementia is a good thing?"

@Marlene4719 noted: "A cognitive test is given to a patient when the doctor suspects cognitive decline. If the patient passes the first test, there's no need for a second or third test."

This article is an absolute piece of garbage, produced by a publication that is consistently anti-Trump and perfectly happy to slant or alter facts to create hoaxes, this thing about Trump's health just being the most egregious so far. The two quotes at the end show that the quoted authors don't know what they're talking about.

How could saying Trump was "bragging about having dementia," when the test is just a screening test and Trump bragged about passing it, be deemed to be anything but the false emanation of a clinically psychotic TDS mind?

Then the second quote states something that I can personally say is false, that "A cognitive test is given to a patient when the doctor suspects cognitive decline If the patient passes the first test there's no need for a second or third test."

Trump took all three tests to prove that he's really sharp, not to test for a doctor suspected cognitive decline. Equally important, a cognitive test is given as a part of Wellness testing when a patient on Medicare receives an annual physical, somethng I have fully passed in my last three or four pyhsicals. I'm now 83 and know, from direct personal experience, exactly what I'm writing about, something the quoted individuals can't say, as shown by the clear falsity of the drivel they've written. Indeed, using those gossly inacurate quotes shows how biased and affected by cliniclly severe TDS the authors of this vile piece are.

Biden was “sharp as a tack”. Those were the good old days, huh?

If President Trump were to do a 180, and adopt the Leftist Agenda, the Drive-By Media would declare him the next Einstein.

Maybe I have dementia, but I can’t even understand the headline “Fox News halts?”

Maybe it’s just Irish speaking, but if they can’t even speak English maybe they shouldn’t poke their noses into American politics.

They are NOT given because they think you may have dementia. They are given to create a statistic.

Seniors are supposed to take it as part of their annual physical. I said..."Look Doc".....and he agreed and said I didn't have to take it....and I didn't. I'm an 82 yr old female on no meds..and weigh the same as when I was 20.

I did shrink a little bit and I'm not as strong..and things hurt here and there...it's called old age.

A rock solid JD VANCE right now would be the death nail to the Democrat party. Young ambitious millennials love and admire JD.

Yes. Between 2016 and 2036 (and beyond with Rubio) we could have a long stretch of good leadership, with that brief Biden period as an object lesson for what the other side tends to do. I’m hoping that Vance wins in 2028 and 2032. And after that I’d vote for Rubio, if I’m still here.

Yup- JoJofromJerz is a far LW “influencer” that’s a meaningless piece of sheeet...trying to get a credible view from her on President Trump or anything conservative is like quoting hitler on the Jews as something valid...

Bruising on his hands as a sign of dementia? Or treatment?

It’s been four years since I have been out of the dementia loop—but I spent 12 years dealing with it among parents, uncles and aunts.

Bruising and IVs were never part of any treatment I saw.

As much as I don’t care for the man, I don’t think Trump is demented.

Could he be getting stuff like B12 IVs or fluids? Sure. Would he ever admit to any of it? Nope.

Methinks all Irish with an IQ above 80 left there a long time ago. Because the ones that are left seem retarded.

————————-

When a person turns 65, the Medicare standard is a basic neuro and memory baseline test. If you pass those tests, they mark the score and test you again the next year. I think that is what the writer means. Everyone should be on that regimen. This is not something targeted to Trump.

And the guy is almost 80. To think he is a perfect specimen of the human form would be delusional.

True. Trump absolutely does NOT have dementia.
The bruising on his hands is normal for his age…..there’s less sub Q fat to protect vessels so bumping your hand can cause some bleeding, especially if he takes aspirin…..which I read he does.
The demoncrats are obviously getting very desperate!
LOL!
The demoncrat party wants him dead and they’ve proven it!
