Global attention has been focused entirely on events in Iran and Lebanon these last two weeks. Media coverage has been at saturation levels and understandably so given the military, political and economic consequences that will directly or indirectly impact the lives of millions who are uninvolved. But what about other conflicts creating equal suffering to civilians but not attracting any media attention and certainly no street protests nor statements from political leaders, influencers and the social media mob usually so quick to spew their vomit.
-As at the time of writing, 10.30 am Friday March 13, a simple search verifies that Pakistan is bombing Afghanistan killing scores of civilians mainly women and children. Fuel depots and non-military infrastructure have simultaneously been targeted forcing the displacement of two hundred thousand plus civilians. Muslims killing Muslims in the month of Ramadan and not a peep nor protest.
.....examples of appalling carnage world-wide.....
-In Mozambique, the Islamic State Mozambique is murdering its way in Cabo Delgado province.
All these wars, conflicts, famines, and human suffering totally ignored by mainstream media and a disinterested United Nations.
So, while Iran and Lebanon take up every hour of every day of our global news, other conflicts with similar or much greater consequences of human suffering are continuing without exposure. No outrage. No protests. No celebrity input or commentary. No protestations from Muslim nor black parliamentarians. No commentary from academia or trades unions. Silence from university campuses. Awards ceremonies from the arts and culture are silent.
One wonders if their interest would be aroused if Zionists, Jews or Israelis were involved in any of these conflicts...

No Jews, no news.
Pakistan is bombing Afghanistan
I pointed this out some time ago. Like where’s the coverage.
I had just finished “homeland the tv series.
Jews have always been easy targets.
Bluntly, Israel is held yo a higher standard.
Pakistan killing scores of women and children? What else can you expect from them.
Israel knocking an armed jihadi on his ba k? Outrage.
Israel is a civilized, cultured state. Islam is not
I see this argument a lot from Israelis: Why is everyone alleging various human-rights abuses committed by us when all sorts of terrible regimes all over the world are engaging in conduct that is as bad or worse than what we’re doing? What about them? And it’s a fair point, especially against their critics living in countries where they have no particular skin in the game anywhere else. However, there’s a counter-argument for American critics, though, of well, we’re funding Israel in a big way. If we’re paying for it, then we’re kind of in a position to criticize, are we not? We’re not funding Mozambique or Congo to the tune of billions of dollars every year.
El Rush-Bo Undeniable Truth #6:
Ours is a world governed by the aggressive use of force.
If Trump is Hitler, why is he working with the Jews and why are the Jews working with him? I’m starting to wonder if he really is Hitler
.
Fair point. However, there's one detail to remember: The $3.3 billion per year to Israel is FMF -- it must be used to by American weapons.
I believe a fair argument could be that the billion$ in aid to Israel are nothing more than crony capitalism to the military industrial complex. But at the same time, it's billions$ that are spent back in the U.S. -- so how much exactly does that count as giving Israel aid? Maybe some, since they get to keep the weapons.
And it's good R&D for our weapons (think of Israel as a test bed for improving our weapons tech). Again, should we spend that much for real world testing?
There’s also the fact that many of these alleged attrocities, in fact most if not all of them, are fake news. If you put a command and control center for Hamas underneath a hospital, that hospital will be damaged in the process of cleaning out said command and control center, causing bad PR for the IDF, which is why they put it under the hospital, why weapons are stockpiled in schools, UNRWA buildings, and tunnels from underground bunkers usually lead up to a child’s nursery in a small apartment.
So, yes, America is in a position to criticize because of the 3.3 billion to be spent on M1s and M16s, but in the course of criticizing, you must realize that there’s a propaganda war being waged against Israel, and the bodies of Palestinian non-combatants are pawns in that war. Our soldiers try extraordinarilly hard to avoid hitting civilians, but they’re not the X-Men, and Magneto is trying just as hard to make sure that we do, and then crying crocodile tears while comparing us to Nazi Germany. It’s like Minnesota ICE attackers to the 10th power.
Jews are nowadays less easy to (ahem) “mess” with.
