Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said Sunday he will vote to hold former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress so long as the lower chamber also votes on holding Attorney General Pam Bondi in contempt.
“I will vote yes on contempt against them and anybody else, as long as Pam Bondi is part of it,” Raskin told host Dana Bash on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
Last month, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee advanced resolutions to hold the Clintons in contempt over their refusal to appear for depositions after being subpoenaed as part of the panel’s probe into the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Nine Democrats voted in favor of the Bill Clinton resolution, which passed 34-8: Reps. Maxwell Frost (Fla.), Raja Krishnamoorthi (Ill.), Summer Lee (Pa.), Stephen Lynch (Mass.), Ayanna Pressley (Mass.), Emily Randall (Wash.), Lateefah Simon (Calif.), Melanie Stansbury (N.M.) and Rashida Tlaib (Mich.).

Jamie Raskin...seems like the sort of man that got his ass kicked a lot as a kid in school.
Both exerted executive privilege which was a plausible defense.
Bill might be able to exert executive privilege in this case also, if the time in question was when he was POTUS.
But the Hildabeast was never part of the administration (officially).

That contingency is a fancy way of saying he’s a no on contempt for the Clintons.
