How about making it easier to sue California state legislators?
Trump should respond with an EO (we know republicans won’t do it) making it easy to sue state legislators who write and pass unconstitutional legislation.
The CA spiral into 3rd world oblivion (Mexico North) continues unabated...
Quite frankly, having Tijuana as the state capital would be a significant improvement...
California’s best hope lies in the Andreas Fault...
Mexican commies gonna commie.
IRS employees are federal officers ?
I firmly believe rights are violated when my hard earned money is forcibly taken from me and spent for things that are not in my (or the countries) best interest.
If you’re white you won’t need to sue the CA ag. You will no longer be included in that economic sector.
“The California Agricultural Land Equity Task Force has released a 127-page draft of proposed recommendations due to state legislators and Gov. Gavin Newsom by Jan. 1, 2026, on how to “equitably” increase access to minority farmers and tribes.”
Even if the state awards state owned acreage, where’s the water coming from?
This is nothing but theater. Once someone sues a federal employee for performing the duties of their office, the suit will be removed to federal court and then be decided based on federal law. This is so stupid.
sorry California, but its called immunity.
Your law means sqwat.
I agree.
So the state’s courts won’t ever be able to handle such grievances? I guess almost everything will be “in the line of duty.”
The few districts in CA should declare their district is naming Trump as KING.
Every case will get removed to federal court. We’ll see how they do there.
LOL!!! MORONS!
I’m fairly confident the people who wrote that have never actually planted vegetables in their backyard, let alone ran a farm. I don’t think they actually quite understand You need things like, water, as an example to grow crops.
