Walz Breaks Silence Minnesota governor pins blame on Trump amid new fraud allegations

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz on Tuesday pinned blame on President Trump following the most recent reports of massive fraud in his state.

The governor fell under renewed scrutiny late last week after YouTuber and independent journalist Nick Shirley posted a video documenting multiple alleged inactive daycares in Minnesota. One of the daycares has received $4 million in state funds, according to the video.

In his first social media post addressing the latest allegations, Gov. Walz defended his administration’s response to fraud and accused Trump of hindering that effort.

“We’ve spent years cracking down on fraud – referring cases to law enforcement, shutting down and auditing high-risk programs. Trump keeps letting fraudsters out of prison,” the governor wrote on X.

The buck stops with your Sargent Schultz. You are either incompetent or corrupt, which is it?

Trump keeps letting fraudsters out of prison,” the governor wrote on X

In that President Trump hasn't instituted martial law and imprisoned all of the crooked judges who turn a blind eye to crime (or who are very selective in their vision), I guess I could follow the logic. I'm all for President Trump emulating the El Salvador president, and jailing all of the crooked judges, police, and politicians if that what it takes to clean up this mess.
But sure, Walz and the Democrats created this disaster, but lets blame President Trump for not having instituted martial law to clean it up.

I heard that it was Herbert Hoover’s fault. So it sure looks like Walz is blaming the wrong Republican.

🤔

Not mutually exclusive options!

Trump does need to identify anyone at the fed level that was sending our money without diligence and fire/prosecute them.

Maybe he should also STOP all federal welfare from going out until we can get a handle on it.

Bailing out the water in the basement is futile if you don’t stop the leak or turn the water off.

All the maple trees had their leaves turn from green to brown and fall from the trees this fall.

And it would help if cowardly Republicans in Congress wouldn’t fund them. Why do I in TN give a crap about daycare in MN? Let MN fund it.

“Somalis Gone Wild: The Wildest Migrant TikToks”

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2025-12-30/somalis-gone-wild-wildest-migrant-tiktoks

Given the fact that the Somalian fraud schemes have been known since at least 2016 when several were arrested for child care fraud, I’m afraid the prediction below is probably correct:

“Here’s what’s likely going to happen next: the FBI, as Kash Patel has already indicated, will very publicly announce investigations and prosecutions of a handful of the Somali scammers for a slam-dunk PR win, delivering red meat to the element of the base that eats this stuff up.

Meanwhile, the real masterminds — the NGOs, the mostly Democrat but surely Republican as well politicians, the bureaucrats — who facilitated and benefited both financially and politically from all of this fraud, will skate. At most, a couple of low-level stooges will take the rap.

The reason the real mob bosses won’t be taken down is that the entire American political system is based on similar fraud; only the details and scale vary. Any serious exposure of the true depth of the rot would set a dangerous precedent and threaten the entire mafia system, which the elite political class has no interest in doing.

So more bread and circuses it is.”
