MAGA infighting erupts at Turning Point USA Conference

Members of the MAGA faithful gathered here Thursday to kick off Turning Point USA’s America Fest, the largest meeting for the organization since its founder, Charlie Kirk, was shot to death on a Utah college campus in September.

Despite that somber backdrop, the event quickly devolved into a spectacle of MAGA infighting.

Awkward silence from the audience at TPUSA’s opening night of AmFest tonight as Tucker Carlson used his speech to recruit people into supporting Islam.

Tucker was met with virtually no cheers as he made excuses for Muslims, said Islam and Muslims are “mostly good” and that its evil to be anti-Islam.

If you can’t see that Tucker Qatarlson has become a mouth piece for Islamic jihadists and Islamic sympathizers, then you aren’t paying attention or you’re caught up in the idea of what Tucker used to be.

This is very bizarre behavior.

Charlie Kirk said Islam was incompatible with the West, and he criticized Islam the day before he was assassinated.

And now, Tucker is using Charlie’s platform to promote Islam. This is called Dawah, inviting people to Islam. Tucker is actively working to Islamify America.(Laura Loomer)

Mankind in general exercises a conscience. We conduct business with Muslims and can do so without adopting either their “religion” or way of life.

The unconscienable ones, insofar as they exercise hostility toward western ideals and seek to destroy them ought either be omitted from our shores or extiguished, depending on their actions.

Its not all infighting, it was Republicanism in process. Carlson and others will fall by the wayside.They fool no one.

This is hardly a MAGA fracture. I would bet that 99.5% of MAGA pay no attention to these people. These guys are fighting over audience size and ad revenue.

Whatever Muslims are in this country should be challenged and asked the question, if you a good American who happens to be Muslim, it’s your obligation to help stamp out the extremist element of Islam.

Denounce them, turn them into authorities, encourage others to do the same thing, challenge the Imams that preach radicalism, etc...much like Italians like Rudy Guiliani helped destroy the Italian Mafia, so called moderate Muslims if they exist should be challenged to do the same.

I dont know the deal with Tucker. time will tell. I do know that I have never liked or trusted Ben Shapiro. He is arrogant and believes that he gets to decide the definition of Conservativism. I don’t know if TPUSA knew the content of Shapiro’s “ Speech” last night, (I doubt it), but the fact that he kicked the event off by insulting a good number of high profile people who were INVITED to also speak, is incredibly disrespectful not only to those speakers but to TPUSA who invited them. What Shapiro said, was embarrassing to TPUSA. Shapiro is a jetk.

Did anybody here actually watch the event? I did except for Shapiro. I never could stand him, but I did not see Tucker Carlson recruiting for Islam. I saw him saying he’s a Christian. I’m sure it’s available on Real America’s Voice to go back and look at to know the truth

Islam is not compatible with the US Constitution. The October 7 attack is considered by Muslims as a success as Palestine is becoming a separate state. And now “globalize the intifada” takes on new zeal.

I can't stand Tucker or Shapiro, but Shapiro acting as though he would be the moral arbiter and gatekeeper of the right is a hard pass for me.

Also, the arrogant response Shapiro gave to the kid who was asking about the USS Liberty was a textbook example of why pro-israel advocacy is failing with young people. He changed no one's mind and hardened attitudes

Remember friends, the only difference between a muslim and a radicalized muslim is how devoutly they are willing to follow their own religious beliefs. When they go devout they become dangerous. Looks like the devil has a mouthpiece but you can be assured he will bring no peace. Just more lies.

It is not mentally healthy to absorb yourself in a cult of death, Carlson’s behavior is that of someone who’s being paid off with unimaginable wealth. Moving to Qatar is a perfect example.
