When an off-camera female reporter — later identified as a Bloomberg reporter — began to ask if there was anything "incriminating" in the Epstein emails, Trump pointed a finger in her face.

It seems to me that the quote “he knew about the girls” is being misinterpreted and taken out of context by many.
Trump seems to have banned Epstein when he FOUND OUT about the ‘girls’, and didn’t want that stuff going on.

They conveniently leave out the part where Trump was in the middle of answering the previously asked question when “Piggy” rudely interrupted him with her squealing nonsense.
Trump joked about a woman at some gathering recently that he hesitated to praise her abilities with the addition of “and she’s beautiful, look at her” because “that gets a politician’s career ended right there, we can’t say that now.”
I think “piggy” is worse.

That stuff is a trap. You get in trouble if you say nice things, and you get in trouble if you say mean things. Where is the line drawn? Well, the line is drawn by people who do not like you, and so you are always on the wrong side of the line.
Maybe like slander he could prove it in court and get it tossed out.
Maxwell took a couple girls out of Mar A Lago. This was about stealing the help...not Epstein introducing them to turn them into prostitutes. And remember this is being said after the fact...
Trump has said he kicked Epstein out of his club because he was poaching his workers, Nothing else. The rest of this background stuff has nothing to do with what potus has publicly said, or is even truthful..

I remember a librarian’s age 60 husband at a party at work, who accidentally said “and she’s a really good cook.” All of the feminists scowled at him for being a sexist male who thought women belonged in traditional roles as exemplified by cooking well. Took him a few seconds to have to retreat and go back to being quiet.

I don’t think Trump is stupid.
I understand how frustrating it must be for DJT to be constantly dealing with lying, hostile reporters... but calling a woman “piggy” to her face is pretty hard to defend. Come on, Mr. President, let’s keep it classy.

It will serve the media as a most convenient distraction from a discussion of real and substantial issues.
I have no doubt, this woman will become a media darling, at least for a while, being interviewed and empathized with, due to her ‘uncontrollable disease’ of fatness. 60 Minutes interview? She will get the Grande Tour of the morning shows if she wants it.
Sort of like how people spoke about Mitt traveling with his dog in a kennel on top of the car. They obsessed over that one for years. No need for a reporter to overtax the brain by analyzing his policy points. That would require actual thinking!
