Activist Judge Collen Kollar-Kotelly BLOCKED President Trump’s proof of citizenship requirement for federal voter registrations.
This is nothing more than pure lawlessness.
It is becoming more evident by the day that Democrats depend on fraud and broken election systems in order to gain control over the American people and push their dangerous policies.
Kollar-Kotelly sided with far-left Democratic groups that sued the Trump administration for having the audacity to demand that voters in US elections are actually US citizens.
According to the AP, Judge Kollar-Kotelly ruled that asking for proof of citizenship violated the separation of powers.
That doesn’t make any sense – but Democrats aren’t trying to make sense. They demand that their illegal voters help them steal elections.
Of course, the judge landed a serious blow on the administration and its allies, who have argued that such a mandate is necessary to restore public confidence that only Americans are voting in U.S. elections.
Judge Kollar-Kotelly was appointed to the United States District Court in May 1997 by Bill Clinton. She is also reportedly an adjunct professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine in a joint teaching program on mental health and the law, and chair of the Board of the Art Trust for Superior Court.
In April Judge Kollar-Kotelly partially blocked President Trump’s executive order on election integrity, including the requirement to add proof of citizenship to federal voter registration forms.
Leftist Judge Kollar-Kotelly and pro-Life activist Paula Harlow. Kollar-Kotelly mocked Harlow as she sent her to prison to die. In 2024, this wicked judge sent an elderly pro-Life protester to prison for two years for peacefully protesting outside an abortion center.
Paulette Harlow, who is now 76 years old, participated in a peaceful protest at an abortion clinic in 2020 and didn’t hurt anyone.
According to Catholic News Agency, Harlow has significant health issues. Her husband feared she may die in prison.
But that’s not all… Judge Kollar-Kotelly taunted the poor Christian woman in the courtroom.
She truly is a very wicked person.
When are Republicans going to stop these radical America-haters from their attacks on this president?

You ask the SCOTUS for a fitness hearing. These democrat district court judges are out of control.
We need our own lawyers petitioning the Court for reviews of these judges signing patently political Orders petitioned by democrat lawyers. (ex parte)

Irrelevant..SCOTUS has already ruled these slime azz judges can’t rule outside of their jurisdiction and multiple individuals unless it’s a class action type lawsuit.
I just did a DuckDuckGo search on the judge and the summary at the top of the page stated she “is known for her rulings on significant cases, including those related to election integrity ...”. I wonder how she would define “election integrity”.

Close but no cigar. They fight Voter ID tooth and nail so that they can have people vote ten times or more in different polling places under false names and bogus addresses. They don’t want Proof of Citizenship for exact same reason. Pay some illegals $20 to go vote in ten different precincts, no one says a word.
This is also why they want minors to vote. They are impressionable and malleable and will do whatever you say for a few bucks.
Same reason why they don’t want the voter rolls to be cleared of dead voters. They need those names and addresses to mail out mail-in ballots..................

Democrats know they would NEVER win without their illegal aliens that they foisted upon us to support.
They don’t work all year round either. When they’re not working, they get unemployment benefits. Many don’t work at all. They live better here on the benefit they’re getting than they would in Mexico working.
Under the democrats, the taxpayers are simply slaves!

Some things do have to be done by Congress or the states, however much we wish it were otherwise.
So much gets put on line to generate angry responses.

This judge is also the bitch that sentenced the older woman in poor health to a prison term and said the following:

It used to be that you needed to be one to stay in this country forever. That does not appear to be the case any more.
It used to be that you needed to be one to have full access to all the freedoms guaranteed in the Bill of Rights, that is also no longer the case.
You had to be one for government assistance, that is also no longer the case.
To work at any job without a permit, which is not the case.
So why would you need to be one to vote in a federal election?
Apparently all you have to do is sneak in to get every single right and privilege due a citizen and we are suppose to relax and enjoy it.
Goodness knows if we object or even notice the sissy boys supporting this will prance out and lisp at us.
