Howdy, luvie.
Has the weather behaved and stayed a little cooler?
Nice here today. Nary a cloud in the sky with a nice breeze. Perfect for getting some mowing done.

Hey there, radu!
Yes, it was very nice. I think the high was 82 or 83. It was 62 overnight, which was really nice and cool. I’m lovin’ it!
Bravo on your getting some of that mowing done. I hope your back isn’t screaming too loudly tonight.

Good to hear it’s still nice there. I’d say the kitties really appreciate it too.
It got up to 78 here but by the time I went out to mow at 4:30, it had dropped a little. It’s 62 now. Our lows have been 50 or a little cooler and the house gets chilly overnight. During the past couple few days, it’s been mid-afternoon before it warms up enough to kick on the AC.
It’s supposed to rain Sat. night or Sun. morning and I want this shaggy grass short before it gets here. Very easy and quick to mow right now.

After next Monday, which is supposed to kick up to about 89 after a high of 78 on Sunday, it’s going to cool off where the highs are only in the 70s for days in a row. THAT’S what I’m ready for!
Your lows are amazing. I’d sleep like a baby with those. I’d probably have to get out the heated blanket. Nice that you can go without the AC for that much of the day. I’m REALLY tired of hearing it.
Your lawn will look amazing after the mowing AND after the rain. Are you getting color on the trees now? We’re getting dropped leaves, but they’re dead brown or gray. Not pretty at all.

Next week is something to really look forward to there! NICE change.
We’ll warm up a tiny bit by the weekend to maybe 80. The cold front coming through won’t cool us off a lot. 70s through the week and they SAY highs in the upper 60s by the end of next week with lows in the low to mid 40s. For those lows, I’ll probably need to turn the heat on. *sigh*
Won’t say the lawn will look amazing but it’ll be short again. The grass sprang up quite a bit the past three days for some reason. Maybe its last hurrah but I doubt it. LOL
Our trees are turning colors just yet. It hasn’t been cold enough. Just have dead brown ones dropping now.
