Russian forces occupied Bucha, on the outskirts of Kyiv, for just under a month. Across those 29 days in early 2022, they committed acts of such barbarity that this Ukrainian town will forever be synonymous with war crimes; this conflict’s Srebrenica.

Residents were killed and tortured in their hundreds; more than 100 were buried in a mass grave outside the Orthodox Christian church.

Others were murdered as they fled.

The basement of a children’s summer camp was converted into a torture chamber where women and children were systematically raped. Soldiers slashed throats, mutilated victims and killed parents in front of their children. (snip)

Today, however, The Sunday Times reveals the identities of the 13 commanding officers in charge of Russian troops accused of the Bucha massacres.

Start by asking yourself why the people killed in the attack have never been identified, who are they? Early attempts resulted in exposing fake deaths, like this one.

Then you'll have to explain why Azov Nazis calling themselves the Boatsman Boys filmed themselves in Bucha after the Russians pulled out shooting 'collaborators'.

This 'police action' was actually reported on in the news before they decided to blame the Russians and wave the bloody flag.

So no, the onus is on the Kiev regime and its minions to stop lying to the world about Bucha...something they're incapable of doing.

A similar massacre happened in Hue during Tet of 68 when communist cadres murdered up to 5 thousand “enemies of the people” when the NVA overran Hue. Anyone who supported the South Vietnamese govt and their families were murdered and buried in mass graves around Hue.

Hanoi’s propaganda told the NVA that this was their final offensive that would win the war and so there was no need to pull their punches and blood debts could be paid. Similarly the Russian officers thought that Kiev would fall in a couple of days so Putin’s hatred of the Ukrainian people would justify this mass murder.

Now that Trump is wavering in his support for Moscow it must be a dilemma for the Putinistas on FR. Who to support? Trump or Putin?

This article is interesting, as the TIMES reporter, on X, promotes his article. "Read my investigation, three months in the making." Thus his investigation, from London, started somewhere in the beginning of July 2025, while the enormous amount of press coverage in both ways -- pro and con -- has been around since early 2025.

So is Hauschild's "investigation" actually an investigation? Or is it an op-ed?

It is also interesting, as previously The TIMES has been paywalled.

One finds him at bluesky, as at some sites in the UK Labour party related.

While I won't spend more time with search engines this AM, as to The Times and a specific "reporter," I had a go-around with a Freeper about a "war correspondent" and followed DIRECT links from The TIMES and a TIMES reporter, to Kyiv and the same reporter, and the same reporter working in the George Soros' Open Society Foundations.
