Netanyahu's Wing of Zion avoids French and Spanish Airspace

This is at least the 3rd time this year Netanyahu's aircraft (a 767) has had to take a circuitous route to the U.S.

Since the United States is not an ICC member, it has no legal obligation to enforce an ICC arrest warrant.

There are 125 countries that signed the Rome Statute (the treaty that created the ICC), the last being Ukraine on Jan. 1st of this year. The ICC has never attempted to arrest a sitting head of state in another country, but Netanyahu's reroute may be because France or Spain denied overflight to avoid potential legal exposure.

It's interesting to note that Spain has been considered "practically safe" for overflight with Netanyahu, as an active head of state, but this time his 767 avoided overflight.

Agreed. The Musée de l’Armée (Army Museum) at Les Invalides in Paris has a “World Wars/20th-Century” section, as well as a huge medieval armor display, and other displays dating to the Bronze Age.

Out of 15,000 items in the official Army Museum on display, only about 1,000 are related to both World Wars, and the 20th Century conflicts involving France. It’s relatively tiny compared to all the other displays, given the presumed significance of WWI and WWII.
